FAQs

Knowing what to expect makes everything easier, it settles the nervous system and makes stepping into class a whole lot calmer.

Any other questions, feel free to drop a message using the "get in touch" form in the footer.

What do I need to bring?

You, baby and a yoga mat.

All props will be provided.

Mats will be provided for baby, but please bring them a blanket for comfort. Perhaps bring a blanket for your own comfort too.

If you don't have a yoga mat or need to borrow one, let me know in advance and I can provide.

Why choose postnatal yoga?

A space to restore your energy,

run into other mothers and recover from pregnancy, birth and day-to-day mum life.

Classes differ from regular yoga classes as you can bring baby along, drop in and out to tend to baby's needs and asana are tailored and focused on postnatal anatomy.

If you enter from the front (from the street), go through the cafe - double doors at the back, left hand side.

If you enter from the car park, you will reach the stairs first, go through the double doors if you need the lift.

When are classes?

I have also booked a table in the cafe (Make and Brew) at the venue for mums to catch up after class.

How are you qualified to teach this?

I trained with the amazing Sally Parkes (BSc), and am qualified in pregnancy yoga, yoga for birth preparation, postnatal yoga and mum & baby yoga - supporting mums through all four trimesters and beyond.
